Milana Krivachka is an established specialist in the area of public procurement, concessions, state and municipal property, urban planning (Spatial Development Act), as well as civil and commercial law. For 10 years (from 1997 until 2007) Milana Krivachka has worked as a state expert in Department "Legal" of the Council of Ministers in the aforementioned areas of law. In this capacity, she participates actively in working groups for drafting of the Public Procurement Act, Regulations for Application of the Public Procurement Act, Ordinance for Assigning Small Public Procurement, Ordinance on the Conditions and Way of Assigning Special Public Procurement and their amendments as well as drafting of the Code Of Civil Procedure (amended 1997), Concessions Act, State Property Act, Municipal Property Act, Spatial Development Act and related subdelegated legislation, etc.
