Margarita Chinova is a Bulgarian jurist, born on 26th of August 195, in the village of Vrachesh, Bulgaria. She studied Law at Sofia University.
From 1976 she is an assistant on Criminal procedure in the Faculty of law on Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". From 1999 – till present she is a professor of Criminal procedure in the Faculty of law on Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Since 2001 she is a member of the Legislation Advisory Council to the Chairman of the National Assembly.
