Ivan Ruschev is a professor of Civil and Family Law, born on 5th of September 1957 in the town of Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria.
He graduated Faculty of law on Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 1983, assistant since 1988, Doctor of Law from 1994.
Specializations: at the University of Geneva in 1992 – 1993, in the College of Europe in Bruges in 1992. He is an Associate Professor since 2000. He is an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce since 2001. He is a Professor since 2008.
